The Iglesia Parroquial de Santa Ana, situated in the Plaza de la Iglesia, the actual building of this church was build onto another, smaller one, which already existed at the end of the 16th Century. Contributing to its rehabilitation were the neighbours of the village and the Duque de Arcos who put in charge the Master Felipe Pérez who supervised the oevre.

The Castillo de la Duquesa is another monument of Manilva. Below its base, a Roman villa was situated. The castle was designed by the arcitect Miguel del Castillo.

Also worth mentioning are the torres de Chullera and the two torres almenaras.
