-casares-y-estepona,Manilva has a many possibilities to participate in one or the other festival as there are many every year. Its great festivities are in July in honour of its patron Santa Ana.

Every year the fiestas in -casares-y-estepona,Manilva start in February with the celebration of the carneval. During those days costumes and music are all over town, much laughter, dancing and singing.

Easter week (La Semana Santa) is the most important festival at the end of March or beginning of April. Here you can participate in the traditional cristian celebrations commemorating life and death of Jesus Christ. Several Prosessions are being held every day during this time.

The night from the 23rd to 24th of June is the magic night of the holy fires of San Juan. You can watch huge fires along the beaches.

The 27th of June is important for the village of Maniva, as the Heremit San Adolfo is being celebrated.

One of the more important festivities on the Costa del Sol is the fiesta of the Virgen del Carmen, celebrated on the 16th July and which symbolizes the protective saint for the fisherman. The virgin is the patron of the fisherman. The festival for this day is being moved to the castle of La Duquesa and of San Luis.
